This process is just as easy as making Rosemary Vinegar however it takes much longer. You can set it up overnight or an afternoon. First you need to gather some household items as well as your rosemary.
You will need:
- 1 cup of rosemary spikes removed from the stem
- 2 cups of sunflower or unscented oil
- Fine mesh strainer
- Bowl
- Glass bottle for the finished oil.
Add the rosemary and oil into the slow cooker and set for 6 hours on a high setting. Cool the oil and pour into a bowl. Funnel into your decorative bottle and seal. There you have your fragrant rosemary oil.
